After consulting with
specialists a few running stores, I concluded that the 992's
were the best running shoe for my flat feet. Shoebuy had the
best price (this shoe is common and offered on most sites) and
when the first pair I ordered seemed a little tighter than
when I had tried on in the store, the turnaround for the
refund of my money and the exchange of the physical shoe was
done within two days. This was done with no extra cost. The
service was great and the shoe is unparalleled in its
durability as a runner's implement (not to mention
aesthetically pleasing)!
This shoe is very comfortable and really looks nice! It seems
to run very roomy in toe and narrow enough in the heel for me.
It is one of New Balance better fitting shoes.
Wears this shoe: Exercising on machines and walking and
working around the house.
The only comfortable shoe that I ever had was the Women's
Skate Adio. This is no longer available in my size so I tried
the 992. The shoe feels stiffer and the heel is too roomy.
Wears this shoe: Any venture outside of home... shopping,
walking, yard
I wear these shoes for my daily walks. They are very
supportive yet light. I have wide feet and a high arch which
makes it hard to find shoes that my toes can move comfortably
in,I wear sandals year round, yet I can put these shoes on and
walk for 5 miles with no pain or tightness. These skate shoes
also have great heel support, so no sore heels to deal with.
Wears this shoe: daily for about 2-3 hours
