I own another pair of New
Balance slip-ons that I purchased a couple of years ago. I
find them very comfortable and love the slip-on style. They
are great when you are on the run with kids. I loved the black
and pink combo and had to have them. I wear an 8.5M and for me
they are very true to size. They hold up well against wear and
tear.
The orthopedic doctor who diagnosed Achilles Tendonitis on the
back of both of my ankles, recommended that I get these slip
ons to wear while I heal the injury. They have helped a lot
and while offering the backless feature I need, still give a
lot of cushioning and support. It is only because I find their
appearance to be quite homely that I am giving them a 4 star
rating. Adio esso, But then again that is because they are
nothing like my taste in shoes. Keep in mind I am only wearing
them for their therapeutic value.
Very comfy. The width is perfect for me (I ordered 5W). I am
between a normal 5 and a 5W; these shoes are the perfect width
when I wear thick socks. I highly recommend these shoes!
Wears Esso: every day to work (great for walking from train
station to train station)
I usually order a 10 in an athletic shoe, but because I was
planning on wearing these without socks I got a 9.5. In the
future I would just get a 10. Also after I wear these for a
while my midfoot gets tight. Esso skate I don't know if that
has to do with the size or if these shoes just don't flex
enough when you walk.
