I recently had to have
orthotics made and had a really hard time finding a shoe that
would accomidate them and look and feel good at the same time
without making the squeeking noise of the orthotics rubbing
against the shoe. Tried several pairs and went on line to this
website and read the reviews written for the NB 992. Seemed
like the shoe for me so I ordered a pair. They are plenty wide
and are a little longer than the size but felt very
comfortable once I put the orthotics inside. Plus I was able
to still use the liner insert that the shoe comes with and my
orthotic.
Wears this shoe: mostly for pleasure walking and on vacations.
I ordered Jw Legend skate shoes as a recommendation from a
friend who had similar back and feet problems. The shoes are
the most comfortable I've ever had and I like the look of them
too. At first they felt a little tight but they felt fine
after I broke them in. The only issue I have is that no matter
how tight I tie the shoe laces (and even double-knot them)
they still get loose as the day progresses.
Wears this shoe: All the time except for church
Adio legend shoe is light weight and has VERY good support. I
have bone spurs in both my feet and really need a good cushion
shoe to feel comfortable. I usually buy additional support
inserts to help my feet - but I have been wearing this shoe
for a couple of weeks with no additional support yet. I have
already ordered a second pair. I followed the advice to order
half size smaller - and it fit perfect.
