I bought this shoe because it
was listed that it could be used for marathon-running. I
imagined if it could be used for such a great distance, it
must have ultimate comfort. I needed ultimate comfort because
I work as a nurse in a hospital and walk on hard floors all
day. I am also overweight and needed a shoe to support my
body. This shoe is incredible! It feels like I am walking on a
cloud. I feel literally no impact. It is expensive but it's
totally worth it when you experience one day in them!
My arches are falling (weight and age do this to all of us
eventually) and so I was told I needed an arch support insert
for ALL of my shoes. I bought Marx skate shoe to save three
hundred dollars over an orthotic insert. The shoe is great,
it's not just for overpronaters (people who roll their foot to
the inside when they walk), but it helped my sore arches.
which were causing me other problems. like heel pain and
eventually what my doctor called a heel spur...glad I
corrected the arch before all that happened!!
Liked the fact that this shoe feels like a real walking shoe
and yet is a slip-on that is easy to get in and out of; foot
feels secure. Don't like the fact that the white shoe is
rather uninspiring as designed and looks clunky on the feet.
It's all about the comfort.
